My experience at Los Posas EyeCare was much more pleasant than I had come to expect from healthcare appointments of late. I was scheduled within two days, the front office staff was communicative and helpful, there was transparency around the various costs, and Dr. McCarthy was pleasant, personable and informative. My only minor concern would be the limited selection of frames they have in office. It's not on par with the large galleries one finds in some clinics, but I was able to find a pair I liked, and considering how nice the rest of the appointment was I didn't mind. Overall, I was very happy to have such a stress-free experience and will be coming back for all future optical needs.
